Does my insurance cover this service?

Most insurance companies cover this service, please check with your provider.

Do you offer direct billing?

Direct billing is available for some providers. An invoice will be provided to all customers for insurance submission if needed.

Do I need an appointment?

You may make an appointment through our booking system if you choose, however, we also accept walk-ins for all services except for Sneak Peek Gender Testing.

Do I need a requisition?

A valid requisition from a Physician or Practitioner is required for our services.  Requisitions are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Why do we close at 1:30 pm daily?

NLHS requires that all collected samples are received at the local testing site by 2:00 pm daily.  This ensures local testing can be completed in the same day as collection and that samples that are transported to other testing sites are sent by courier on the same day as collection.
